Steak Bar's uniqueness is Sous-Vide technology, which we use to cook all the steaks, hamburgers and chicken. Sous-Vide is a special way of slow cooking in vacuum. That makes food very healthy because there is no need for oils or marinades, and still the food acquires a truly amazing tenderness and softness and vacuum helps to keep all the juices and flavors.
Steak Bar was founded in 2017 by two olim hadashim: Yakov Lebedev, the Owner, from Russia and Felix Armando Andrade Garcia Laufer, the Head Chef, from Venezuela.
