Steak Bar's uniqueness is Sous-Vide technology, which we use to cook all the steaks, hamburgers and chicken. Sous-Vide is a special way of slow cooking in a vacuum. That makes food very healthy because there is no need for oils or marinades, and still the food acquires a truly amazing tenderness and softness and vacuum helps to keep all the juices and flavors.
